My name is Brenda Lee Fisher and I am an early learning expert with 35 years’ experience working with children of all ages; as a parenting advice columnist; published curriculum developer, published Author, Early Childhood Education College Instructor, Library Board Trustee, StrongStart BC Facilitator, Foster Parent and Preschool Teacher.

For more than three decades, I have made a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children, parents, teachers, and early childhood educators and caregivers through my curriculum, workshops, seminars and StrongStart classroom, and through my newspaper columns, “Dear Ms. Barber" and "Dear Brenda Lee."

Through the years, I have developed my own unique philosophy on parenting and early learning, and have had many opportunities to apply my philosophy. This website and my first published book are a direct result of my rewarding and fulfilling experiences.
